Slated for the Utilita Arena in Sheffield, UK’s biggest and most prestigious celebration of black music and culture scheme will reward artistic feats across 20 categories. Burna Boy, Davido, Rema, Wizkid and Tyla were nominated alongside Adekunle Gold , Asake , Ayra Starr (Nigeria), Libianca (Cameroon) and Uncle Waffles (eSwatini) in the Best African Act category. Nigerian gospel act Limoblaze is also up for Best Gospel, while British-Nigerian producer P2J, best known for his work with Wizkid, was shortlisted for Best Producer.
