"DON JAZZY" I FRIED & SELL AKARA IN AJEGUNLE, MY PAST EXPERIENCE.

"I don't know if those artistes who claim they suffered before they had a breakthrough really suffered in real life. But me, the way I suffered is still fresh in my memory. I still remember clearly, sitting at the road side in Ajegunle with my mum while she fried akara. Every rich man who drives their cars & stops by to buy akara from my mum, in my mind, I'd be wishing one of them would just say, young boy take this money. You really need it. But sadly it never happened.

Now that I'm where I am by God's grace, when I see someone in need, it brings back memories of my experience in poverty. And I'd put the person in my shoes. This is why nobody who comes across me in life will never leave without some impact from me. This is why I actually I do the little I can to support people today" - Don Jazzy.

"KIZZ DANIEL" IS RICHER THAN " REMA"

"How do we even make you understand that after being the most streamed African artiste 2023 , with the biggest afrobeats song “ calm down “ Rema is still not richer than Kizz Daniel ?  Yes Rema’s Net Worth on Forbes is $1m , Kizz Daniel is $1.2 .   Where is Rema’s money going to ? Well Rema is signed under Marvins and Jonzing World .  Rumor has it that his deal is 10 years and he gets just 20% of all he makes .  At the end of the day Marvin’s takes it’s own , Jonzing takes it’s own money .   Before you say they are exploiting him , he could not have been able to make this money without these guys .  Back to Kizz Daniel ,  Kizz Daniel owns his label , he controls most of his things though he still has a distribution deal with Empire .  You must have noticed that everything he does goes viral .  Yes Empire handles that .  They also get a cut of everything he makes .   But his case is better that’s why you see tha...
